You may already be familiar (and addicted, like us!) to Slow Dough’s flaky croissants, fresh-baked bread, cookies and pies available in the bake shop at Weights and Measures, but did you know you can also sit down and savor these and more for breakfast while kick-starting your day with a cup of joe made with Amaya Roasting Co.’s beans?

Some of our breakfast faves include Avocado Toast with fried eggs, hardwood smoked bacon and green harissa ketchup on ciabatta or Baked Ciabatta French Toast with mascarpone butter and strawberry syrup. There are many more tasty items to try! Breakfast served Monday – Friday, 7 – 11 a.m. See the full breakfast menu.

And don’t miss Weights and Measures’ brunch, served every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. It’s currently among the hottest brunches in town, according to Eater’s Heatmap.

Big congrats are also in order as Weights and Measures has been nominated as Best New Restaurant in CultureMap Houston’s 2015 Annual Tastemaker Awards. Their sister bar Mongoose versus Cobra is also nominated for “Best Bar.” Show your support and vote now (you can vote once per day). Winners will be announced on May 13th.
