Huge congrats to Asia Society Texas Center for hosting last Friday’s bodacious and beautiful Tiger Ball 2013. In celebration of the center’s one-year anniversary in the Museum District, over 500 guests (many in their native dress, including our ZC Chief & Chieftess) gathered in the stunning Yoshio Taniguchi-designed building. Serving as Houston’s portal to the world’s fastest growing region, the Center raised $650,000 to continue its mission to educate and introduce Houstonians to culture-rich policy and arts as well as strengthen partnerships among peoples, leaders and institutions of Asia and the U.S.
